If you are looking for excellent International food, great drinks, and an unbeatable atmosphere, Rosita's is the place to be.

 For over 22 years Rosita's has been the premier International Restaurant in the Hudson Valley. It opened its doors in 1987 with a seating capacity of 65 people. In 2002 Rosita's moved to our current location on the waterfront. It can now accommodate 200 diners inside and also 200 diners on our beautiful patio overlooking the Rondout Creek and the Hudson River.

Voted  best Margaritas and best Bar in the Mid Hudson Valley Choice Awards.

Spring is here, we are now open 7 days a week.

  • Friday July 30 - Freestyle dance party with DJs Rob and Skip starts at 9:30PM.
  • Saturday July 31 - Old School Dance Party.
