For over 22 years Rosita's has been the premier Mexican Restaurant in the area. It opened its doors in 1987 with a seating capacity of 65 people. In 2002 Rosita's moved to our current location on the waterfront. It can now accommodate 200 diners inside and also 200 diners on our beautiful patio overlooking the Rondout Creek and the Hudson River.
